Quik Fix Repair here with the latest and greatest on the new iPhone lineup from Apple for 2018. As of yesterday (09/12/2018), Apple just unveiled its newest iPhones. The iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max, of which the XS and XS Max will be available for preorder on Friday and ship September 21st. So how will this phone compare to previous generations? Let’s jump right in to it

The iPhone XS and XS Max will sport a new A12 Processor that houses 8-Cores and process 5 trillion operations per second. As a company who understands computational processing, let me assure you that not only is this amazing, it’s overboard – and we love it!

While we had hoped for more color options, it looks like this year Apple has gone with the standard Space Gray, Silver and the new Gold options for the XS and XS Max. It’s not unlikely that we may get a red refresh somewhere down the line however.

The phone will also come in three different capacities, one of which is 512GB. The other two will be the standard 64GB and 256GB. There was speculation that Apple’s new iPhone lineup may contain an SD card slot, but instead it has the option for two SIM cards. This will give users the ability to have two different phone numbers or to use the phone in other countries on multiple services. While it is nice to finally see a phone with these capabilities on the market, we hope somewhere down the line Apple also allows us to expand our storage.
